FAQ'S ON THE TAPS

Is alcohol included?

Our services are designed to cater to your event needs while adhering to Texas State Laws. As a dry-hire bar, we offer guidance on selecting the perfect drinks for your event and determining the appropriate amount needed. With transparent pricing and no hidden fees or upcharges on alcohol this actually benefits you in the end!

What's included with the Piaggio?

We take pride in providing a complete experience with the exception of alcohol. We offer a diverse range of options to choose from, tailored to the package you select. Our offerings include your preferred drinkware, sturdy straws, high-quality napkins, coolers that keep your drinks chilled, flavorful garnishes, homemade syrups and juices, and even personalized bar signage. We are committed to ensuring that your next event is a success, and you can trust us to deliver on that promise.

What is your deposit and refund policy?

To lock in your booking, we require a 40% non-refundable deposit. The final payment is due 1 week before your event date and, once it's made, it cannot be refunded. But don't worry, if you need to reschedule your event, you can transfer the payment as long as it's done no later than 3 days before the event date.

Are you insured?

We carry General Liability and Liquor Liability Insurance and require all bar staff to be TABC Certified and have their food handlers permits.

How far do we travel?

We are happy to travel up to a 40 mile radius from our base in the 76036 zip code. Please note that a $2/mile travel fee will apply for destinations outside of this area.

Will the Piaggio fit any space?

Our Piaggio Ape "Bella" is capable of joining you both indoors and outdoors, provided that the entryway is at least 5 ft wide to accommodate her. While it's designed to be compact and maneuverable, please note that there may be certain limitations on where it can fit, depending on the specific location and situation. Please keep in mind that incline and muddy grounds can pose some challenges.
