Our founder's passion for Italy was ignited while attending the Italian Culinary Institute, where she spent 3 months fully immersed in the culture. She fell in love with the people, the food, and the Italian way of enjoying the simple pleasures in life. From spending time with loved ones to indulging in delicious food and drink, they just know how to appreciate the good things in life. And let's not forget about the beauty that surrounds you - it's everywhere you look, eat and drink. She knew she had to bring a piece of it back with her. And that's how Allora Mae was born!
